I found Gary as a response to a listing I was interested in. While I didn’t get that property I contacted him to look at another where he was instrumental in all of the steps it took for me to make a decision on the purchase. Gary stepped up to be at the home when I could not be there for some of the inspections. I had multiple kinds of inspections as this was a fixer upper and am so thankful to him for always being there.
